A former Customs Officer, in both New Zealand and England, Kirsten fought international crime for several years before leaving to help run the family antique shop, Antique Alley, after the sudden death of her father. Ten years of surrounding herself with beautiful old things resulted in the publication of Fifteen Postcards, and developing the ongoing stories of those characters and antiques.
